Job Description For Senior Associate – Enterprise Worksite

Principal Financial Group is seeking a ‘Senior Associate – Enterprise Worksite‘ to support workplace operations and facility management tasks. The role involves coordinating with vendors, scheduling maintenance, managing employee transportation, providing event support, and ensuring the seamless execution of daily workplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with vendors providing technical services, cleaning, security, help desk, and cafeteria operations.
• Manage and supervise vendor supervisors responsible for staff recruitment and work allocation.
• Identify service issues or deficiencies and implement improvement plans.
• Assist with guest dining and on-campus transportation or travel arrangements.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules for key equipment and monitor progress.
• Coordinate and manage the maintenance and repair of campus equipment.
• Verify deliveries and inspect materials; prepare invoices for approval.
• Support the Campus Manager with budgeting and administration.
• Evaluate vendor performance.
• Address employee inquiries and workplace-related concerns.
• Manage employee travel services, coordinate routes, and handle complaints or requests.
• Assist in planning and organizing internal company events.
• Manage the inventory of campus assets and maintain records related to regulatory compliance.
• Perform basic MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) tasks and provide technical support.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates should have:

• University degree (mandatory).
• 4 to 6 years of practical experience (experience in a corporate environment is preferred).
