Job Description For Etihad Airways Senior Inventory Planner Recruitment 2026
The Senior Inventory Planner will lead a team of planners and manage the planning and coordination of aircraft materials, including aircraft spares, cabin components, BFE, IFE, and equipment. Key objectives of the role include ensuring inventory availability for both scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, optimizing inventory costs, and maintaining service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely availability of aircraft spare parts for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Monitor inventory allocation and recommend appropriate stocking strategies.
- Optimize inventory investment through stocking, consolidation, and redistribution solutions.
- Identify surplus inventory and recommend measures for its disposal.
- Monitor utilization rates, disposal transactions, and replenishment activities.
- Support planning to add new aircraft, return aircraft to service, and handle the return of leased aircraft.
- Prepare inventory reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Monitor supplier and component support agreements.
- Assist in the preparation and monitoring of the annual budget of technical spares.
- Maintain inventory procedures and departmental manuals in compliance with regulatory requirements.
