Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate strategic business expansion opportunities within the retail and priority banking segments.
- Formulate strategies to acquire and retain high-net-worth and priority banking clients.
- Approach prospective customers using leads from diverse channels and targeted campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams across product, branch, marketing, multi-channel banking, and other functions.
- Drive cross-selling of retail financial products (wealth management, loans, etc.), bancassurance, investment products, and cards.
- Manage and execute campaigns for customers and employees from planning through to completion.
- Develop campaigns targeting both existing and new customers.
- Formulate strategies to enhance portfolio performance.
- Support initiatives related to portfolio rebalancing, asset-liability management (ALM) allocation, and investment diversification.
- Assist in the development of annual business plans and the target-setting process.
